Step-by-step clearance process
1. Assessment: We begin with a thorough assessment of the property or area. This involves carefully considering access, the quantity of items, and the types of materials that require clearing.
2. No-obligation Quote: Following the assessment, we provide you with a fully itemised and transparent, no-obligation quote. This ensures you understand exactly what to expect from our service, with no hidden costs or nasty surprises.
3. Clearance: Once you approve the quote and agree on a date and time, our smart and professional team will arrive at your property and carry out the clearance work. The duration of the job varies depending on its size, ranging from a single hour to several days.
5. Where does your stuff go? All items are segregated, usually on site, into categories: sell, donate, recycle.
Antique, vintage and collectables that we can sell go to our sister company - Open House. all other items in good usable condition are donated to our charity partners, and the rest gets delivered to Environment Agency licensed recycling and landfill facilities.
6. How to pay: We require payment once the job is complete and never ask for money upfront. We accept cash, card and BACS payments.
